I'm four posts into a series on a similar theme, but mine is more relative to a general confrontation of "leaderless Christianity" which is a core value of a stream of the House Church Movement. My under-grad thesis was on the use of structure and organizational tools in congregational life. You might find that it correlates to some of the things you write. Some of my stuff is intentionally provocative. In the end, I will land on small groups as a very useful forum for body-life (an ideal, actually), but I am very wary of questioning motives based on which model a Christian community uses to get things done. My stuff is a bit of "take your own medicine" for house-churchers and "no-leader-Christians."

Here's the link:

http://kburchard.wordpress.com/

God bless,
Kenny Burchard
Hanford, CA http://www.hanfordoasis.orgKenny Burchardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00014088491327204694noreply@blogger.com
